Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

Last night Scot and I went to dinner at Olive Garden before going to the movies. So we are sitting there having an enjoyable dinner with good conversation and we both treated ourselves to a large refreshing Coke since we had been so good and hadn't had one all week. BOTH of our drinks had gotten down to about the 1/3 mark when our waitress comes by, looks directly at Scot and says "would you like another coke?" Scot says "sure" and she walks away. Meanwhile I am sitting there examining both of our cups and sure enough they are in nearly the EXACT same place. Why must this continue to happen? So of course after she walks away Scot just thinks this is hilarious because this happens almost every time we go out to dinner. But finally he is like "I will grab her when she comes by." I'm like "No it's not that I need or even want one yet, I just don't get why she didn't ask me. It's weird, that's all." So he's says to me "Well drink it down a little more and then she will." I told him "I will, I will." So he then he proceeds to grab my cup and start drinking it. She started to walk up behind him and I kept saying "she's coming, she's coming." but of course he got caught putting it back on my side of the table and she stopped and looked at Scot and said "Does she need another drink?" So I said "Yes I would." Is it so hard to talk to ME? I was so confused. So that's our Olive Garden story. Good food, strange little waitress.

Next we went to the brand new movie theatre right by our house. We are so excited to have this theatre so close. We are thinking that once they finish some paths and roads in the area we can start walking to the theatre on warm days which will be fun. Anyway, we saw Prince Caspian and we really liked it. We definitely recommend it if you liked the first one!

Scot drank from your cup and gave it back to you - AHHHHHHHHHHHH! There are just some things I'd rather not know. Please don't get me wrong. I love Scot but drink sharing....YUCK. Anyway I know how you feel. It's just plain rude. I hope you filled out one of those little comment cards.

That is too crazy! That would bug me too--funny that you've noticed it more than one place too!

That's a really funny story, almost as funny as your mom freaking out about sharing drinks, are you kidding me? Merry come on, what's worse french kissing or sharing a drink. I myself am not opposed to either...ha. We just went to Olive Garden too, I really like that place, of course all I ever get is Fettuccini Alfredo. Oh and I think maybe you are a little intimidating just a little. I think I was a little scared of you when I first met you I don't know why of course as soon as I started talking to you that was all over.

This reminds me of the time when an exceedingly busty waitress kept leaning over my husband to ask him questions. I thought she was going to fall out and hit him in the face. I was so mad.
